PARAKEET TDT provides access to NVIDIA's advanced AI speech recognition technology through our web platform. Our Service includes:

• Real-time speech-to-text transcription using the Parakeet-TDT-0.6B model

Our Service is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and commercial use in accordance with the open-source license of the underlying technology.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, our Service does not require user registration for basic functionality. You may use our transcription service without creating an account. However, certain features may require contact information:

When uploading audio files for transcription, you must ensure that:

• You own the content or have proper authorization to process it
• The content does not contain personal information of others without consent
• The content is not protected by copyright unless you have permission
• The content does not contain hate speech, threats, or illegal material

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all audio files and content you upload to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your audio files to provide transcription services
• Temporarily store your content during processing
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for training our models or any other purpose beyond providing the requested transcription service.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PARAKEET TDT and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

5.3 Open Source Components

Our Service utilizes the Parakeet-TDT-0.6B model, which is released under the CC-BY-4.0 license by NVIDIA. The transcription output you receive is not subject to additional licensing restrictions from us.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding data collection and use.

Key privacy commitments:

• We do not permanently store your audio files
• Transcription processing occurs in real-time without data retention
• We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

Your use of our Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

8. Limitation of Liability

• Any inaccuracies in transcription results
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like
• Any errors or omissions in any content

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our servers are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
